Introduction
My name is dr. Vendel Buzási. Born and raised in Baja, Hungary I have graduated from a local two-language secondary school. In 2017 I have obtained my degree in law in University of Pécs. After finishing university I have started to work as a trainee lawyer in Budapest first at György Magyar and Associates Law Firm and from November 2018 I have spent years at Bánáti Law Firm where I had the possibility to work on several significant criminal and civil cases. As an attorney-at-law working in the „classical” legal fields my scope of activities mainly include legal representation in criminal proceedings and civil litigations, administrative proceedings/litigations and drafting of documents (agreements).
As the proverb says: „The first judge of the case shall be the attorney.” Shall it be a legal dispute or litigation proceedings, do not hesitate to contact an attorney in case you need legal help. Praxisomban hangsúlyos szerepet kap a büntetőjogi irány, ezért főként büntetőjogi védelmet, illetve képviseletet látok el. Ügyeim egy szintén jelentős hányadát polgári peres ügyekben, valamint polgári nemperes eljárásokban kifejtett képviselet teszi ki. Büntetőjogászként, valamint peres ügyvédként is az egész országban tudok megbízást vállalni.
Mind Budapesten, mind pedig Baján rendelkezem irodahelyiséggel, így Ügyfeleimet előzetes egyeztetést követően mindkét városban fogadni tudom. Tárgyalóképes német, valamint angol nyelvtudással rendelkezem, ezen túl német nyelvből felsőfokú, angol nyelvből pedig középfokú jogi szaknyelvi nyelvvizsgám van. Mindezek alapján német nyelvű jogi képviseletet, illetve angol nyelvű jogi képviseletet egyaránt vállalok, magánszemélyek, valamint cégek részére egyaránt.
