Execution is the very final part of a legal proceedings that is actually the state-run enforcement of law (mostly a judgement) against the debtor / obligor. This procedure means serious restrictions of rights from the point of view of the debtor / obligor. The proceeding court bailiff is entitled to apply different coercive measures (confiscation, transfer order, forced sale, etc.) in order to enforce the creditor’s rights. Although execution is a strict legal procedure in which the debtor and also the creditor has rights that need to be respected. An attorney can help you to assert your procedural rights in the execution. Please be informed that in execution time lag could be especially harmful, therefore I recommend you to require legal help as soon as possible.
